P3 have been very busy since the beginning of the session.We have been learning to work as a team, get into groups quickly and quietly, do good listening, do good talking, write character descriptions, count in patterns, change materials, mix primary colours to make secondary colours, ask research questions andplan for our new topic, The Seashore.

2nd October

 

We have visited Deep Sea World. We saw lobsters, frogs, fish, crabs, jellyfish, sharks, seals and starfish.
We also saw divers feeding fish and small shark’s. Then the divers started doing tricks like blowing air and handstands. A lady gave us a talk and showed us signs like are you ok and a sign for shark. We also got a rock pool talk and we were aloud to touch lots of sea creatures. Some people had a crab sitting on their heads. We got a guided tour we looked for the big eel. We also got a handling session. We got to touch a snake and a cockroach (some people had it sitting on their heads.) We saw a giant millipede.
 

We have been working very hard at our writing.We have been starting to write two storys .We have imagining we are mermaid or king Neptune and the second one was you hade to imagine you were Guy Fawkes.

November 

 

We have finished learning about the seashore so we have been working very hard on our seashore display.We have been making sea birds. Two of the maths groups have been challenged to divide by 4 and the other group have been learning how to organise different coin collectiions.

In our Language jotters we did tricky words and my October holidays.
